Kenshiro and Elliott narrowly escape the scene of the car accident that left Kenshiro crippled and bleeding. In a small house somewhere in Pennsylvania, Kenshiro begins to succumb to his injuries, and Elliott finds its up to him to save his friend. After a failed attempt to find medicine for Kenshiro, the pair are forced to retreat back to the road in search of a safe spot for Kenshiro to recover.
